What data we process

The data you enter in the demo form: name, company, email and, if you give it to us, phone number. And, in a way that does not identify you, how the website is used: we explain this below, under ‘Visitor measurement’.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

• To reply to you and, if there is interest on both sides, to prepare and manage the business relationship. The legal basis is your own request, prior to a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To understand what works on the website and how people find us. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring the use of our own website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not make automated decisions, we do not build advertising profiles and we will not send you communications you have not asked for.

Visitor measurement, without cookies

We count visits on our own server, without cookies and without third-party tools. From your IP address and browser we calculate a code that changes every day and does not reveal who you are, and we infer your approximate location (the city) and the network you are browsing from. The IP address is not stored. If you contact us, your request is linked to the pages you visited that day, so we know how you found us.

Cookies

We only use technical cookies, the ones the website needs to work: a session cookie that protects the form against forged submissions and, for the ImporterFlow team, the one used to log in to the panel. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, so we do not need to ask for your consent. The website's fonts are also served from our own server.

Who we share it with

We do not share your data with anyone, unless required by law. It is processed on our behalf by the providers that host the website (Heroku, a Salesforce company, with servers in the European Union) and our email provider, under the data processing agreements required by the GDPR. If any of them accesses the data from outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Form data is kept for as long as the business conversation lasts and, if we do not end up working together, for up to two years after the last contact. If we sign a contract, for as long as it is in force and for the periods required by law. Measurement data does not identify anyone.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@importerflow.com. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at aepd.es.
